Compression molding bottle cap production process: This method has no material mouth marks, low processing temperature, small shrinkage, and precise size. After the upper and lower molds are closed, the bottle cap is pressed into shape in the mold, and then demolded by rotating the rotating disk and thread.
Injection molding bottle cap production process: This method requires a larger mold and higher pressure, and the material heating temperature is higher. The mixed material is injected into the mold cavity. After cooling and shaping, the mold rotates counterclockwise to eject the bottle cap.
These processes and structural designs together ensure the sealing and opening convenience of the bottle cap.
